The TeacherGPT name, branding, and custom GPT configuration are the property of Carlos Fernandes. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on TeacherGPT without permission.

5.2 Video Content

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights to analyze any video content you submit to TeacherGPT. We do not claim ownership of video content you provide.

5.3 Generated Content

Content generated by TeacherGPT (lessons, quizzes, summaries) is subject to OpenAI's terms regarding AI-generated content. You may use generated content for personal and educational purposes, subject to applicable laws and third-party rights.

6. Limitations and Disclaimers
